How to make Oatmeal galette

 <Introduction>

 Have you ever eaten oatmeal? Recently, oatmeal has been attracting attention as a health food in Japan. Oatmeal is a cereal food called oats, which is processed to make wheat easier to eat. It is also known as a standard breakfast overseas, and is widely used as a home taste in the United States.

 Oatmeal contains about twice as much protein, about 20 times as much dietary fiber as polished rice, and various other nutrients. I started eating it because I want to get these nutrients efficiently. There are many arrangements. This time, I will give a lecture on how to make the most recommended oatmeal galette!


<Ingredients>

Cloth

・Premium pure oatmeal   30g

・Water   80ml

・ 2 tablespoon olive oil          

Topping

・One medium size egg

・4 slices of bacon

 [ Amount of your choice]

・Mozzarella cheese 

・Parsley

・Pepper and salt 

・Black pepper


・ 1 tablespoon olive oil

・One bowl

・Tool for crushing

・Chopsticks

・Frying pan

・Measuring cup

・Measuring spoon

・Spatula



<Process>


Step1: Crush 30g of premium pure oatmeal in a bowl to make it finer.

            Making it finer will make it easier to fold the dough later.



Step2: 80 ml of water into the oatmeal mashed in step1 and leave for 5 minutes.



Step3: Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well with chopsticks.  



Step4: Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heated frying pan and spread it all over.



Step5: Pour the dough from step3 into a frying pan and bake on medium heat until it gets a little colored.(about 4 minutes)



Step6: Break a Medium size egg on the dough and surround it with 4sliced bacons.




Step7: Place as much mozzarella cheese as you like on top of the bacons.



Step8: When the shape of the dough becomes stable, use a spatula to  fold the dough into a square.



Step9: Reduce the heat to low, cover and heat until the egg yolk becomes white( although it is half-boiled).(about 5minutes)



Step10: Serve on a plate, sprinkle with your favorite amount of salt and pepper, parsley and black pepper.

 One thing to keep in mind with this recipe is not to let the eggs ripen. I wrote 5 minutes as a guide, but please be careful and adjust.

 If you don’t like bacon or don’t have it, sprinkle honey on it to make it sweeter and you can eat it like a sweet. It can make various arrangements, so it will be fun to find an arrangement that suits you!

 Oatmeal has a strong taste habit, but it’s a recipe arranged to make it easier to eat. I think It’s easy for people who eat oatmeal for the first time to take on a challenge. Also, It’s easy to make with a small amount of ingredients, but it’s delicious and good for your health, so I want everyone to try it.
